Network analysis of PROFINET networks:

With our certification from PI as a “PROFINET Installer” and the completion of the “PROFINET” practical seminar at Indu-Sol, we can perform an analysis of your PROFINET network.

We will also provide you with corresponding documentation of the results.

PROFINET-cable certification:

With the FLUKE “DSX-5000” measuring device, we can also certify the PROFINET cables used.

Is your machine still in good mechanical condition, but you want to bring its control technology up to date?

We will work with you to redesign the machine to the latest state of the art.

Assessment of safety-related machine controls in accordance with DIN EN ISO 13849-1.

Replication of the structure of safety-related control components based on the planned architectures.

Calculation of reliability values at various levels of detail, including the achieved performance level (PL).

As-BUILT - Recording / revisions of the electrical installation

and the control cabinet

Revised circuit diagrams, with manual changes, are updated in the available EPLAN version.

The circuit diagrams are then evaluated with the appropriate runs, and the article master file

is updated to the current status. Only up-to-date plant documentation provides the basis for cost-efficient plant operation, maintenance,

troubleshooting in the event of malfunctions, and repairs.
